SoulCollage® is a creative fun way to bring more self awareness to all parts of your life. It is a simple method in which you create your own deck of cards that have deep personal meaning and help you with life’s questions. First you are guided in the making of the cards and then in hearing their wisdom. The second part can be done in several different ways: speaking out loud and letting me be your scribe, journaling, movement and through imagination. I facilitate this work 1 on 1 in private session -1.5 hrs in length. I also lead small group workshops - anywhere from 1.5 - 4hr. in length.
