Service Description

This is a lively presentation which engages the senses. It is both didactic and experiential. Mindfulness exercises based in the 8 senses will be taught. Participants will learn techniques and take away tools that can be used to strengthen their ability to manage daily stress, modulate their emotions and experience joy. Participants will learn:
 • How the brain, nervous system and sensory systems work together • The 8 Sensory System Mindfulness exercises for self regulation • 5 or more ways to support an optimal range of performance • Identify sensory preferences & create a personal sensory toolkit The presentation is designed to meet the needs of your group. It can be a 1.5 hour talk, a 3 hour experience or a full day workshop. Please contact me for more information.
