Service Description

This is a time for individual practice in the community. I bring both my OT & SE skill sets to support you out in the world. We might go to eat out, shop at the grocery store, shop for clothes or go to an event. Wherever you feel you need the support. OTs are the original life coaches. I break it down into doable steps and help you engage in your life. I use SE skills to build individual resources that make it easier for you to approach challenging situations. Time slotted for each session begins at 1.5 hr and may vary as needed for each outing. Please contact me for more information and to book a session.
