Service Description

Would you like to be more trauma informed? I have expertise in the area of mental health practice I love to share. I have experience as an OT on the adult psych unit, in outpatient dual diagnosis treatment and in private practice. Bring your challenges and successes. These sessions will increase the tools in your toolbox and help you develop your therapeutic use of self. Also great for recent grads and others who are looking to develop their skills in the area of mental health.
