Service Description

I offer a full range of integrative bodywork from craniosacral to deep pressure to structural integration. The work is done with the awareness that your body has the innate wisdom for healing. It may be done for: grounding; containment; mobilization of survival responses; awareness building, as well as pain relief/management. i have 30 + years of experience as an integrative bodyworker. My certifications and advance training is in Soma Neuromuscular Integration; craniosacral; zero balancing; and SE touch work. All the hands on work I do is strongly influenced by Somatic Experiencing. The work is done fully clothed and may be done lying down on a massage table or sitting in a chair.
